The children of Cove Spring Church were “Shipwrecked” at this year's VBS.  They learned that Jesus can rescue them when they worry, struggle, do something wrong, or feel powerless. There were 20 “crew members” who joined each day and 16 adult and youth volunteers who helped throughout the week to make it a joyous time for all through stories, games, music, crafts and of course snacks.  The mission this year was to collect money to buy diapers for Seeds of Hope, which is an organization to help foster care parents.  Many diapers were bought with the $200 raised for the mission. 

Thank you to all of the volunteers and older youth who shared their time and love for God with the children and to help make VBS a successful week.
